About Our Company

Hawkins ResearcH The greatest satisfaction we here at Hawkins Research, Inc. have is to know that you, the customer, are satisfied. We feel in order to be satisfied you need a software package that you not only feel comfortable using but enjoy using as well. We have been fortunate enough to work with some great people in the property industry and look forward to working with more of you in the future.

When we officially opened our doors, we started out as a fairly traditional computer company. We provided networking services; we had an in-house line of high quality computers; we provided personal training; and we had a full service shop for providing upgrades and repairs. Along the way we also began developing several software packages for local customers. Then in 1996 we decided to enter the property adjusting software business. We listened to adjusters about the concern and need for an affordable and easy-to-use adjusting package. That, my friend, was the beginning of PowerClaim.

Since PowerClaim's birth we have made tremendous progress on the software. This is thanks to you the end-user. All the technical wizardry in the world won't help us create a software package that is more yours than it is ours. What enables us to create the most affordable, easy-to-use, software package on the market today, is your suggestions. Every feature you see in PowerClaim is there because you have asked to see it. It is our goal to give you exactly what you want, an easy and affordable software package...no excuses!
