Hawkins Research Announces Its Membership in the Microsoft
Gold Certified Partner Program

MURRAY, KY, U.S. -- 03 01, 2006 -- Hawkins Research Inc., the creator of PowerClaim XML and PV, today announced it is a new member in the Microsoft Gold Certified Partner Program.

HRI is a company that works to provide customers with an easy-to-use software package for the insurance claims and construction industries, while maintaining quality customer support, loyalty, and integrity. Being named a member of this program as an Independent Software Vendor is a tremendous accomplishment, and will provide additional resources to improve the quality of the PowerClaim software, customer support, and training services.

"HRI provided the training and paid for employees to take Microsoft certification tests", said Candice Jackson, Business Administrator at HRI. "We now have 15 Microsoft Certified Professional employees, which gave us many points towards becoming a member of the Microsoft Gold Certified Partner Program. The increased knowledge base of 60 percent of our employees allows them to provide our customers with greater technical expertise and resolve issues in a timelier manner. In addition, we are now a Small Business Specialist, which allows us to analyze the needs of businesses and assist them in choosing Microsoft products that will be of greatest benefit to them."

The Microsoft Gold Certified Partner Program provides a way for customers to identify companies that have proven their commitment and expertise in one or more specialized areas when delivering Microsoft technologies. Microsoft Certified Partners need to meet a higher set of criteria for each category, including enhanced certification and a portfolio of real-world customer references, and are thus identified as the most skilled partners in specific solution areas.
